Uganda churches get involved

Sport is Hope runs a variety of church based community football outreach projects to see a wide transformation of youth as our vision states. These Projects help churches build networks, bridges and relationships with different groups in their area. Our desire is to see local churches using football to transform lives and so we provide training programs and support on children and youth football projects to enable local churches to run them.

Community football utilizes local facilities like sports grounds, schools and clubs and local volunteers. Our vision would be well served if the local churches would be inspired and equipped to build relationships that are Christ-Centered through football to serve their community. Football is an amazing way to make kids and Young people feel valued and loved to be able to share Jesus in action and in word.

Sport is Hope is always looking for volunteers who are willing to contribute to our vision and mission in Uganda. We share the gospel of Jesus Christ through football and this can only be made possible by faithful supporters and volunteers.

Volunteers can assist in the following:

• Coaches Training
• Camps
• Logistics
• Marketing
• Administration
